Qualifications

• Ability to work full‑time (47 hours per week).
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools as they are introduced to support the business.

Responsibilities

• TEAM: Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts, build a high‑performing team, provide coaching and recognition, and uphold policies to ensure a safe and productive environment.
• GUEST (& Quality): Inspire staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
