Job summary

Athleta is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will ensure the store meets or exceeds goals and align brand vision with in-store execution.

You will drive sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach behaviors, build capabilities, and lead the team to execute SOPs, drive efficiencies, and promote an inclusive environment while

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and drives KPIs with the leadership team.
• Drives profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manages store budget for daily operations to support the P&L.
• Builds and develops a high-performing team through sourcing, selecting and coaching.
• Leads implementation of SOPs and initiatives while promoting inclusivity.
