You will participate in NHU/GMU trainings, drive performance, and ensure customer and employee experience remain at the forefront of daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
