Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single store. This role provides leadership to ensure profitability, food safety, and an inclusive, engaging workplace.

You will drive performance, coach staff, and manage costs while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has GM experience in fast-paced service, strong operations knowledge, and the ability to lead and develop a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees; ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
