Job summary

Domino's Corporate seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations at a single Domino’s store, delivering strong leadership and supervision over all activities. You will drive profitability, uphold food safety standards, and foster an inclusive, engaged team environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of GM experience in fast-paced settings, strong cost-management skills, and a track record of recruiting and developing staff while leveraging POS/ATS technology to optimize store

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store.
Provide leadership and supervision over store operations.
Be accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive environment.
