Domino's Corporate in Florida is seeking a General Manager to oversee a single Domino’s store’s daily operations. You will lead, supervise, and drive profitability while ensuring food safety and an inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost control, and demonstrated ability to recruit and develop a team. Training and advancement opportunities are provided by the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• GM experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS)
