You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, manage costs, and ensure adherence to brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
