Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee a single store’s daily operations and lead a team to achieve high standards of service and profitability.

You will drive operations, supervise staff, and ensure food safety while creating an inclusive, engaging work environment. Prior GM experience in fast-paced service is preferred, with strong customer service and tech-savvy skills for POS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Domino’s store.
• Provide overall leadership and supervision over store operations.
• Ensure achievement of operational standards, food safety and profitability, while fostering an inclusive environment.
