Domino’s is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee daily store operations, provide leadership, and drive profitability. You will supervise staff, ensure food safety, and foster an inclusive, engaged environment while meeting performance standards and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires prior GM experience, strong cost management skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage technology such as POS and ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
