Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead store operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will coach a team, drive profitability, ensure service excellence, and uphold CBTL’s standards and values.

You’ll mentor staff, manage daily store activities, monitor performance, and collaborate with guests to deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience while fostering a welcoming, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or foodservice environment.
• Strong focus on guest service and executing brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive profitability, service, performance and operational excellence.
• Be a coffee & tea expert and share knowledge with the team and guests.
• Generate new guests and cultivate store growth.
• Ensure safety and maintain a healthy store environment.
• Manage daily operations and risk while coaching staff and supporting growth.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product placement to create memorable experiences.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold CBTL principles.
