Requirements/Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations including opening, closing, staffing, and workflow efficiency
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and cleanliness
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll compliance
  • Analyze sales reports and control expenses to meet financial goals
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Qualifications:
  • Previous management experience in coffee shop, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management preferred
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 30–40 pounds
