Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and develop Associates, focusing on customer service and teamwork.
• Perform print production projects using common software applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator).
• Ensure compliance in Operational Standards and audit requirements.
• Monitor customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement the store marketing program.
• Manage inventory.
• Oversee center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
