Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a General Manager, Hospitality Lead in Aiken, SC to recruit, develop and lead a motivated team while upholding Bojangles’ standards. You’ll schedule managers and crew, monitor labor guidelines, and ensure the facility and equipment are maintained to the highest level.

You will manage inventory, cash handling, deposits, participate in local marketing and community engagement, and create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Completed training and certification for all restaurant positions.
• Successful completion of Management Training Program.
• Field Exam passed with a score of 90% or better.
• Serve Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage a motivated team according to company policies
• Efficiently schedule managers and crew based on labor guidelines
• Maintain high standards of employee appearance and conduct
• Ensure the store's physical facility and equipment are in top condition
• Manage food and supplies requirements, including inventory control
• Handle cash, reconciliation, and deposit procedures
• Participate in local store marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
