Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager in Las Cruces, NM to lead store operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure food safety, manage costs, and uphold brand standards while focusing on sales growth and profitability.

You must have prior management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. This on-site role offers advancement opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong math and numerical ability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
