Domino's Team BAM! in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, uphold service standards, and lead a motivated team to deliver great guest experiences.

You will interview, hire and onboard new team members, count inventory, ensure cleanliness, supervise staff, rotate commissary deliveries, and handle other duties as needed. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
