Domino's Team BAM! in Las Cruces, NM seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee cost controls, scheduling, inventory, and food safety while driving sales and profitability with hands-on accountability.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to mentor staff across shifts in a fast-paced environment. Competitive base salary, bonus potential, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Management experience or similar role required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Mathematical skills for quick calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
