Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our Las Cruces store, drive results, ensure top customer service, and develop a strong restaurant team. You will oversee operations, staffing, safety, and food safety while steering sales and profitability.

The role emphasizes accountability, efficient management, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
