Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Manager I in Lincoln, NE to lead store operations and drive performance. You will oversee guest service, train and supervise teammates, manage inventory and budgeting, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. You will open/close the store, manage daily tasks, and coordinate with Loss Prevention while ensuring a positive customer experience and strong financial results.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve guest problems and complaints
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turns, and receiving
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance
• Oversee building/equipment maintenance including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems
• Coordinate and troubleshoot POS system maintenance
• Supervise and train teammates with scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews
• Hold teammates accountable and manage performance when needed
• Coordinate employment advertising, interviewing, and selection
• Monitor staffing levels and manage labor costs
• Conduct Teammate Orientation meetings at location
• Provide safety, security, and environmental leadership per MSDS, SPCC, OSHA/EPA
• Open and close the store as needed
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork and ship/store documents
• Maintain cash controls and partner with Loss Prevention on incidents
• Assist at other locations as directed
