Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Manager I for our Woodstock, IL location. You will lead store operations, supervise teammates, train staff, and ensure policies on attendance, safety, and uniforms are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/service management or supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cost of goods, and budgeting.
• Ability to lead, coach, and train teammates; conduct meetings.
• Familiarity with safety, attendance, and Uniform standards; uphold policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving; manage costs and turn rate.
• Budgeting, sales forecasting, and P/L awareness for store performance.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds; ensure safety and compliance.
• Supervise scheduling, performance management, and team development.
