Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking a General Manager I in Belleville, IL to lead store operations, supervise teammates, and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage training, safety, attendance, and policy adherence while overseeing budgeting, P/L, and service quality to ensure profitable store performance.

You’ll coordinate employee scheduling, conduct orientation, and promote a positive work environment with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service or retail team.
• Strong budgeting and P/L understanding.
• Proven training and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and resolve guest problems.
• Maintain inventory control and knowledge of cost of goods, ordering, and receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance; adapt to market factors.
• Supervise store operations, safety, and uniform standards; lead staff meetings.
• Hire, train, and develop teammates; monitor staffing and labor control.
