Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our Monticello service center. In this role you will support the GM with revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational execution, driving performance through coaching and internal training programs.

You will manage opening/closing, inventory, and compliance, while building an engaged workforce to meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance tracking.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to communicate goals and performance.
• Provide coaching and development guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution are managed effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per the Guide to Excellence.
