Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a service center team and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance. You will work closely with the GM to coach staff, manage operations, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

The AGM role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and guest-first service, with opportunities for career growth, benefits, and a collaborative team culture at a busy Illinois location.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with the GM by increasing guest count and improving core sales metrics.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain quality control measures and consistent processes.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, and guest issues; coordinate with the DM on initiatives.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
• Ensure the service center remains clean, safe, and presentable per standards.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off.
