Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, budget, and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes local store marketing plans with the DM.
• Responds to competitor activities to protect store business.
• Reviews, analyzes and communicates budget and P&L information to staff.
• Hires, trains and terminates subordinate managers.
• Maintains process for handling applications and files.
• Trains staff to execute procedures for quality products and service.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through training on courtesy and responsiveness.
