Job summary

Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's Leeds, AL location is looking for a General Manager to execute the store plan and drive sales and profits. You will staff, train, and manage operations to maximize customer satisfaction while meeting budgeted targets.

You will lead a management team, develop local marketing plans, monitor P&L, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness across all shifts. Strong leadership and coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales targets and manage costs.
• Develop and execute local store marketing plans.
• Staff, train, and mentor management and crew to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L reviews and weekly manager meetings.
• Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Lead shifts, staffing, and workforce planning across the store.
