Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales targets.
• Set and meet monthly budget goals.
• Develop and execute local store marketing plans.
• Hire, train and manage the store management team.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Train staff and managers on store systems and procedures.
• Lead safety, cash controls, and health compliance.
