Job summary

Culton, MS – Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy's franchisee, seeks a General Manager to execute store plans, achieve sales, marketing and profit targets, and maximize customer satisfaction. You will staff, train and lead management to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, training, operations, and handling customer feedback, with focus on Q.S.C. and cost controls. Travel to multiple stores may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan in response to market conditions such as competitor pricing and other competitor activities.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Develops and executes plan to improve sales and profits.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for preparation and serving of quality products.
• Trains store personnel in customer courtesy and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Maintains store cleanliness and implements a cleaning plan.
• Trains and develops managers on supervising shifts and managing better shifts.
