Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy's franchisee, seeks a General Manager in Cordova, TN to execute the store plan and achieve sales, profits and customer satisfaction by staffing, training, operating and maintaining the store.

You will lead the management team, set budgets, develop local marketing, control costs, supervise operations, and ensure product quality and service standards are met. Strong restaurant leadership and a degree or equivalent experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets and develops plans to achieve them.
• Sets and communicates monthly budget goals and analyzes variances.
• Hires, trains and develops subordinate managers and staff.
• Ensures quality, service and cleanliness standards across shifts.
• Trains staff on procedures, customer courtesy and handling complaints.
• Maintains store systems for cost controls and performance reporting.
• Executes local store marketing plans and responds to competitive activity.
• Oversees safety, maintenance and adherence to policies.
