Job summary

Jimmy John's Howell, MI, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all in-store operations, staffing, inventory, and brand compliance. This is a bonus-eligible, full-time leadership role focused on driving performance with integrity.

The GM will lead a fast-paced team, ensure food safety, manage scheduling and training, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 40+ hour work week
• 18+ years of age with valid driver license and clean driving record
• Jimmy John Manager Certification
• ServSafe Manager Certification (we will help with acquiring this)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to perform/teach/train all roles (Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, Delivery Driver) as needed
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations
• Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
• Willing to coach and task-manage employees on store operations
