Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a General Manager in Flint, MI to oversee all store operations. You will lead staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory, COGS, cash handling and brand compliance to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

You will coach and train teams, implement systems with integrity, and ensure the store runs smoothly during all shifts in a fast-paced environment. This is a bonus-eligible, full-time leadership role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 40+ hour work week and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess Jimmy John Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling and store operations.
• Maintain food safety and inventory/COGS control.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and brand compliance.
• Lead and train team across positions, ensuring 100% integrity in procedures.
• Drive high performance and exceptional store order on every shift.
