Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and able to work 40+ hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skilled at resolving both customer and employee issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 50, including management staff.
• Hire, train, schedule, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage the P&L, identify issues, and drive results against goals.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, food prep, and food safety.
• Own cash accountability and daily operating standards.
