• Must hold Jimmy John Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification.
• Experience in fast-paced retail food-service environments.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet store needs.
• Ensure food safety and brand compliance across all operations.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and COGS.
• Handle cash and financial reporting with accuracy.
• Coach and develop team members to perform at high standards.
