The GM will champion Ulta Beauty’s mission, manage store operations, and ensure compliance with policies while developing talent and leading initiatives to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced retail management or equivalent.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team to achieve top-line sales growth and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, scheduling, loss prevention, and inventory controls.
• Provide coaching, training, and development plans for managers and associates.
• Uphold Ulta Beauty policies, standards, and compliant store operations.
• Deliver makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to guests to drive sales.
