Responsibilities include floor management, shift assignment, coaching, training, driving store payroll within budget, achieving monthly income goals, monitoring inventory, and maintaining first quality

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Aufgaben

• Lead and model a customer first culture across all roles.
• Assign shifts, review results, and provide feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Monitor the store payroll to ensure hours do not exceed the monthly budget.
• Assist in leading the store to achieve Total Monthly Income (TMI) goals consistently.
• Monitor inventory management, special orders, receiving processes, layaway, mark out of stock, repairs, and ensure quality standards.
