Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required; key holder or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Supervise partners, provide direction, and be the on-floor point of contact when management is absent.
• Deliver friendly, knowledge-driven service and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for pets and customers.
• Assist with training new partners and reinforce best practices on the sales floor.
• Ensure merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, signage, and inventory management.
