SNIPES is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will help maintain cleanliness, set up promotions, process registers, and ensure proper display standards to drive sales.

You will lead the team, monitor performance, and train associates while upholding security and loss prevention. This role requires 18+ years old and 2+ years in retail leadership, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to meet company standards for cleanliness.
• Set up promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Process register functions and ensure compliance.
• Drive sales and profitability to meet or exceed goals.
• Monitor performance and train associates as needed.
• Ensure security of company funds and loss prevention.
