• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values.

• Delivers a seamless omni-channel experience using MPOS, POS, and pickup tools.
• Participates as floor service leader, sharing daily goals and metrics.
• Teaches product knowledge and brand messaging to the team.
• Balances service with task priorities while multitasking on the floor.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and daily operations tasks.
• Executes shipment processing, restocking, and product placement to standards.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and store profitability through policy adherence.
• Encourages inclusive teamwork and onboarding of new hires.
• Communicates effectively, participates in meetings and brand focus initiatives.
• Opens to feedback and seeks growth within the organization.
