Dollar General is seeking an entry-level Cashier/Stocker to perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and assist in leading the store in the absence of management. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining plan-o-grams, and providing excellent customer service while protecting assets.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and follow prescribed processes to receive, open and unpack cartons.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays and face shelves.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and maintaining a clean store.
• Open/close the store under Area Manager direction.
• Authorize refunds/overrides and manage cashier accountability when managers are absent.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment and operate the cash register.
