Dollar General is seeking a Cashier/Stocker who can act in a lead capacity when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent. You will assist in plan-o-grams, provide excellent customer service and help maximize profitability while protecting assets.

The role involves unloading trucks, stocking, rotating merchandise, operating the register, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Eligibility includes a high school diploma and some supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate a cash register.
• Familiarity with plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers at checkout and stock shelves.
• Assist in maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising displays.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; keep store area clean.
• Authorize refunds/overrides and monitor cashier activities in the manager's absence.
• Help ensure store security, safety, and loss prevention.
