Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Retail Floor Supervisor to open/close the store, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in Myrtle Beach. This role focuses on driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and executing policies consistently.

The position requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $15.75–$20.75 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience/Customer Service: uphold retail standards, engage customers, assist in fitting rooms, promote rewards program, learn new products, hit personal sales targets.
• Visual, Operation, and Safety: maintain merchandised areas, lead daily store operations, ensure safety, shrink goals, report injuries.
• Leadership: act as Manager on Duty, assign tasks, coach team, onboard and train new staff, manage labor and payroll planning.
