Coach in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Brand Ambassador who will maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to hit sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values, drive store initiatives, and support daily operations to keep the business running smoothly.

You will collaborate with team members, monitor sales trends, recruit and coach staff as needed, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed (e.g., product, props, fixtures)
• Strong business acumen with ability to monitor and analyze sales data to improve store performance

Responsabilités

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance
• Adheres to and enforces company policies and store procedures
