Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead in Las Vegas, NV, to inspire customers and lead daily store operations. You will support the General Manager in achieving sales goals and create memorable customer experiences. This role includes leadership responsibilities such as coaching team members and managing in-store performance.

The ideal candidate should have 1 year of retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement. Working hours will be flexible, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high performing team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by leading a customer-focused culture.
• Support the achievement of store sales goals through effective customer engagement.
