Article is expanding with a new Bellevue store and seeks a Retail Sales Floor Lead- Clienteling to model hospitality-first service and drive showroom performance. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive floor performance.
• Familiarity with clienteling or appointment-based selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with hospitality-first service on the sales floor.
• Support clienteling, appointment setting, and customer follow-ups.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts, overseeing opening/closing tasks.
• Coach Home Experts and maintain floor presence to ensure smooth operations.
