• Partner with Field Leadership and People Team on hiring, development, performance management, and career transitions
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports outlet quality and safety
• Champion profit protection through risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution to achieve results
• Support and implement corporate initiatives and rollouts, providing follow-up and feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to travel periodically and work a flexible, operational schedule
