Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks team members to maintain a clean store environment with focus on floor care. You’ll operate a scrubber/buffer, dust/mop floors, and assist across store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment focusing on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop and vacuum as needed.
• Assist in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Follow health, safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, and other areas.
• Support Front End coverage and merchandise signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
