Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Store Associate to maintain a clean, organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

The role supports daily store needs and loss prevention standards. You will cross-train in multiple areas and assist with Front End coverage while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced
