Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate to maintain a clean and organized environment with focus on floor care. You will operate floor cleaning equipment, perform dusting and mopping, and support multiple store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Follow operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards; support store needs across areas.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas; respond to Front End coverage needs.
• Adhere to labor laws, safety policies, and company guidelines; participate in store recovery.
