Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, including scrubber and buffer operation, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and glass cleaning.

You will support store operations across areas, uphold safety and loss prevention standards, and cross-train to assist in backroom, front end, and sales floor tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support store needs.
• Support Front End coverage and merchandise signage adherence.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives as directed.
• Follow labor policies including meal and break periods.
