Job summary

Lead merchandising and floor set transitions, prioritize tasks, and help maintain an upbeat, guest-focused environment while supporting promos and events in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy store culture and demonstrate service behaviors.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Lead floor service, cover and monitor guest experience and staffing.
