84 Lumber is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to lead financial planning and analysis for a specific area, partnering with senior leaders to turn complex questions into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and mentorship of analysts, with on-site work and a strong emphasis on data integrity and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Proficient in AI tools and use.
• BI/data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI or Tableau.
• Project Management Software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the finance business partner for an assigned area, owning its budget, forecast, reporting and analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, managing timelines and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous business problems, determine analytical approach and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
• Lead key components of the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range plan for the area.
• Design and build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
