Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, filters, and lookups.
• Familiar with financial planning and analysis concepts.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the store finance team with forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the store finance team.
• Participate in month-end close activities and develop financial analyses.
• Gather data to identify business trends and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with store leaders across functions to understand the business.
• Improve reporting standards, KPIs, and dashboards including data visualizations.
• Ensure data integrity across reports and source systems.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
